Who is Chef Billie?

Hello I'm Chef Billie a South Louisiana native born & raised in St. Mary Parish. I currently reside in The Capital City (Baton Rouge, La) however I service clients all over Louisiana. I found my love for cooking at early age of 11 years old. In 2009 I decided to take my love for cuisines more serious by enrolling in Culinary Arts School where I attended a two-year program at LTC in Lafayette, Louisiana. Throughout the years life happened & after changing my major several times I still wasn’t sure about who I wanted to be in life. Fast Forward 10 years later after catering several special occasions for friends & family it finally dawned on me that cooking was my true love. 

In 2020 I launched my own Low Sodium Creole Seasoning to showcase my talent which is now one of the most top-rated Louisiana Creole Seasonings. I decided to dedicate my seasoning blend to my late Father Mr. Lester Ray who introduced me to cooking at such a young age naming it LESTER RAY’S LA SEASONING.

I now offer Personal Chef Services, Weekly Meal Prep, Mobile Bartending & much more.
